Technical Notes
Misleadingly named "UHF" connector — designed in 1930s and does NOT perform well at UHF frequencies. High VSWR above 100 MHz due to varying impedance. Excellent for HF (1–30 MHz) high-power use. Avoid above 300 MHz. The SO-239 is the mating panel jack.
